Order Processing Time
Thank you for shopping with RUI STYLES. Because our apparel pieces are meticulously handmade, knitted, and crocheted, individual fulfillment timelines may vary.
Orders for in-stock items are packaged and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. For custom, specialized, or made-to-order items, please allow up to 7 business days for handcrafting before dispatch. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST) will begin processing the next business day.
Transit & Delivery Timelines
We provide domestic shipping to addresses all across India. We partner with reliable, premium courier providers to secure your shipments. Once dispatched from our facility, packages typically take between 3 to 7 business days to deliver depending on the distance to your destination.
Shipping Rates & Transparency
We maintain full cost transparency. All shipping charges are explicitly detailed and displayed at checkout before you submit payment information.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹49 across India for orders below ₹1500.
- Free Shipping: All domestic orders valued at ₹1500 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
No hidden handling fees, extra packing rates, or unexpected taxes are appended at checkout.
